Import means "ithal etmek " and not " satin almak ".
so
to import goods / products from abroad : yurt disindan urun ithal etmek

to purchase goods / products abroad ( yurt disinda urun satin almak)
yada
to purchase goods / products outside the country ( yurt disinda urun satin almak )

iyide "to import = to buy products from another country" yani bu zamanda kimse kimseye bedava mal vermez
