I am very disappointed with your companies handling of my order so far . You have informed me that my package would arrive on or before january 8 , but it is already 9th of january today and i still haven't received it .How long must i wait ? I would really appreciate it if you would help me on this matter.
I need the tracking number in order to check the status of my package at the post office , so can you please let me know the number which is just below the barcode and scan my invoice and send it to my e-mail adress.
I am willing to answer any security questions that you might have if you can not send a scanned copy of my invoice for security reasons .
