I think i have waited long enough for my package and it is still not here . I have decided to get a replacement and not a refund. It would be great if you could register and insure my package.I would also like you to send the invoice and my tracking number to my e-mail adress.I have enclosed my shipping adress on the bottom of this page.
The package that you have sent earlier might have been returned to you by the customs if it was damaged on route or for some other reason so can you please check to see if my package was returned ?
As far as your website not recognizing my e-mail when i try to sign in to check on the status of my order, i assure you that it hasn't been over 60 days and i am quite sure that i am not writing my e-mail adress wrong. I receive other e-mails from you into my e-mail adress in question , such as advertisements, so obviously my e-mail adress is still registered on your website.
